Govt can recommission facilities in case of special econ measures

MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- In case of introduction of special economic measures, the Russian government will be able to put into operation industrial mobilization facilities and objects and to use material assets of the state reserves, as seen by PRIME in a bill, submitted to the State Duma, parliament’s lower house, on Thursday.

According to the bill, in case of introduction of special economic measures Russian legal entities will not have the right to refuse signing contracts aimed at conduction of counterterrorist and other operations outside Russia by the armed forces.

The bill also envisages amendments to the current legislation aimed at better provision of Russia’s armed forces as they carry out counterterrorist and other operations outside Russia.
